1. Who you are contracting with
Wealth Health Club is a trading name of B L Notts Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 16782785, registered office 54 Pathfinder Way, Castle Donington, Derby, England, DE74 0AJ. Email: [email protected]. Membership is open to UK residents only.
2. Price and payment
Essential costs £250 a month and Recommended £400 a month. Prices are charged in pounds sterling (GBP), monthly in advance, from the day you join, through our payment provider, Stripe. If your card is in another currency, your card provider converts the amount and may charge a fee; the amount in your currency can vary slightly from month to month. We send a receipt for every payment. If a payment fails, we will tell you and try again.
Your weekly update allowance is a maximum, not a guarantee. Essential includes up to 3 condition updates a week and Recommended up to 9 updates a week. These numbers are the most we will send in any week. They are not a minimum, and we do not promise a set number of updates in any week or other period. We send an update only when relevant new research or news on your condition/s has been published and is readily available from the sources we use, so in some weeks, especially for rarer conditions, you may receive fewer updates or none. For most common conditions new research is usually published regularly, but this is a general description and not a promise of any number of updates. Your monthly price is for your membership as a whole, not a charge per update. Receiving fewer updates than your weekly allowance, or none in a particular week or period, is not a breach of these terms and does not by itself entitle you to a refund or a reduction in price. This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law: we must still provide the service with reasonable care and skill and as described, and if we do not, your rights in section 9 apply.
3. Minimum term and renewal
Your membership has a minimum term of 3 months. After that it renews automatically each month, at the same price unless we have given you notice of a change (section 6), until you cancel. Before you pay, we show you these terms clearly next to the payment button and ask you to tick a box to agree to the automatic renewal. We then email you a confirmation with the price, the minimum term, how renewal works and how to cancel.
4. Your 14-day right to cancel
You have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of the day you join, without giving a reason. This right applies even though there is a 3-month minimum term.
- Your updates start straight away when you join
- If you cancel within 14 days of joining, we give you a full refund of everything you have paid, with no deduction for the days you have already received updates
- Your access and updates end when you cancel
- If we offer you a reduced price to stay and you accept it during the 14 days, you keep this right until the 14 days end, with a full refund. After that, the new minimum term that comes with the reduced price applies
- To cancel, use the cancel option in your account (available throughout your first 14 days) or email [email protected]. You may use the model form below, but you do not have to
- We make the full refund within 14 days of the day you tell us you are cancelling, as the law requires, to the payment method you used, with no fee
Model cancellation form. To Wealth Health Club, [email protected]: I give notice that I cancel my contract for the Wealth Health Club [Essential / Recommended] membership. Ordered on: [date]. Name: [your name]. Address: [your address]. Email used for membership: [email]. Date: [date].
5. Cancelling online after 3 months
- After your first 3 months, sign in, go to Account and membership and choose "Cancel membership". It takes a few clicks. There is no need to speak to anyone or send an email
- You can also schedule your cancellation online during your first 3 months, so that it takes effect when the minimum term ends
- Your membership continues to the end of the month you have paid for, then stops. You will not be charged again
- We confirm your cancellation by email straight away, and we will not pressure you to stay
- After the first 14 days, we do not refund part-months, unless we have failed to provide the service properly
6. Reminders and price changes
We email you a reminder at least once every 6 months, at least [7] days before the last day on which you can cancel to avoid the next payment, with the price, how often you pay, and a link to cancel. We give at least 30 days' notice of any price change, and you can cancel before it applies without penalty, even during the minimum term.
7. What happens to your updates when you leave
Updates stay in your account for as long as you are a member. Access ends when your membership ends. You can download them from your account before then. See our Privacy Policy for how long we keep your data.
8. The law we follow
The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and, for contracts made on or after 1 January 2027 (subject to Parliament approving the regulations), the subscription rules in the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024.
9. If something goes wrong
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 we must provide the service with reasonable care and skill. If we do not, you can ask us to put it right, or you may be entitled to a price reduction. See our Complaints page.
